ニートと協力者と目標とか

お気に入りの元祖ゴッゴルしゃちょうさんは最近、ニートの話題が好きみたい。
今回は、
ニートが働くと日本の社会は悪くなる。っていうテーマ。

日本の社会構造はニートを増えやすいような構造になってしまっていると思う。誰が悪いって言えないと思う。

日本には、資源がないが、高度経済成長のおかげで世界的にみると豊かな国になった。
個人資産はたっぷりある。
経済が発展していく中で学歴社会が定着した。

土地はないし、資源もないから物価は高い。物価が高いので人件費も高くなる。
世界経済の中で勝ち残るために付加価値の高い仕事が求められるようになった。
たくさん勉強し、高度な技術、仕事を見につけてこそ、物価に対抗できる収入が得られる仕組みとなってるわけだ。

こんな高い人件費ではやっていけない会社も出てくるわけで、外国人労働者なんか雇ったりする。労働力の輸入だね。

単純で簡単な仕事は、外国人、難しくて高度な仕事は高学歴な日本人ってことになると、低学歴、低技能な人材は、職にありつけない。

失業率は高いがまだまだ求人情報には仕事の情報が出ている。
仕事はある。我々IT業界も人手不足。
でも、誰でも言い訳ではない。やっぱり技術が必要。

求人条件を満たすことができない人はニートになってしまう。

得手不得手が誰にでもあるわけだからね。人それぞれ特徴が違う。
その特徴が違う人間がそれぞれ適材適所に配置できればいいんだけど、さっき書いたように日本の社会構造はそうはいかない。

単純労働は外国人。難しい仕事は日本人ってわけだから。
難しい仕事ができない人は仕事にありつけない。

働け働けと言っても仕方がないわけだ。

ニートが仕事をしてお金を稼いでモノをどんどん消費すれば、景気がよくなるなんて言う人もいるらしいけど、
両親などの個人資産を使って消費してるのと、働いて稼いだお金を消費するのとではそれほど代わらないので、
景気には影響ないと思う。

犯罪とか悪いことしないように、親のスネをかじるのは悪くないかもしれないね。
死金をなんとかした方が景気にはいいだろうし。


今日はブログを愛読してくれている南京出身のブリッジSEの方と会った。
とにかく僕のことをべた褒めしてくれた。
僕の生き方、プラン、ビジョン、何もかも素晴らしいとべた褒めしてくれた。
こんなに人に褒められたことはなかったので、かなり恥ずかしかったけど、嬉しかった。
自分の考え方を理解してもらえるのは本当にうれしい。
しかも中国人に理解されたってことが何より嬉しい。

彼は来年、南京に会社を設立するらしい。応援していきたいと思っている。
一緒に協力していこうと固い握手を交わした。
強力な協力者が現れてくれたことに感動した。

自分の会社の将来も楽しみだけど、彼の会社の将来も楽しみだ。
一緒に成長していければいいなって思う。


来年度の目標、計画、戦略をまとめなければならない。
南京会社用にね。
期待されている数字に最初驚いたけど、冷静に考えれば不可能だはないと思った。
営業経験はないので、根拠はないんだけど。
なんとなく自信はある。


今日もこうして協力者が現れてくれて、来年には本当に期待できそう。

とにかく、この営業目標は必ず達成したいと思う。

確かにそうですね。わたしゃは今月５０００円で生活していますし（笑）

ただ、NEETって良くない印象を与えていますが、全員をそう思うのは良くない思考ですよね。
どうしても、人はすぐに抽象化して包含した形で見てしまう…それがイヤですね。

あつしさんは、「戦略」と「戦術」の違いってどのように考えていらっしゃいますか？
わたしゃはよくわかっていません。
国語辞典を調べればわかりますが、そうではなくビジネスの上での差分は何かあるのかなぁ〜と思いましたので…

Uさんは、病気だからニートとはちょっと違うと思います。
仕事ができるスキルもあるし、病気が治れば仕事できるわけですから。

簡単に言うと、戦略は長期的な戦い方に対する方法で、戦術は短期的な戦い方です。

日本を統一するためにどの国から攻めて、どう侵略していくかを長期的に考えるのが戦略。
戦術の場合は、合戦のときに、鉄砲をどう活用するか馬をどう活用するかってのを考えるのが戦術。

営業の場合は、プレゼンのテクニックは戦術になるのじゃないかな。
ターゲットの絞込みやアプローチの方法を考えるのが戦略で。。。

いつもいつもお忙しい中コメントありがとうございます。
NEETでないと言われると嬉しいのですが、それなのにまだ働けない歯がゆさがあり複雑な心境です（笑）

やはりそうなんですね＞戦術と戦略

戦略と戦術の違いは、サラリーマン時代に事業計画書を会社に提出したときに勉強しました。
あのころ必死に勉強したことを今でもよく覚えてます。

莫大だそうですよ。

出版社はよく著者を騙すので、そういうのは期待しないのが賢明ですよ。私は洋書を出版しましたが、それ以降出版しようとは思いませんし。

あ、そうそう、カリスマニートは褒め言葉で書きましたので、読者の皆さんは誤解のなきようお願い申し上げます。堀江氏は嫌だけど、ひろゆき氏は嫌じゃないです。
私も最近、ニューエコノミーにチャレンジしています。
多分、情報サービスだけで独立した会社を作ることになるかもしれません。オールドエコノミーとは分離した方がよさそうなので。で、その延長線上でめんどうなWeb開発があったら、オフショア開発を申し入れることがあるかもしれません。プラスアルファとして、中国展開までできれば、もっと面白いんですが、欲ばかり言ってこけるというのは、過去に何度も経験しているので、とりあえず目の前のことに一生懸命な状況ですね。新しいことにチャレンジするのは楽しいですね。ただし、古い考えを捨てるのには苦労しますが。
